Wouldn't it be amazing of you had no rent to pay? Imagine your world with plenty of food. I know it is possible and in this section of the site I try to show you what can be achieved. Im my mind no one should be homeless or hungry and no one should have to work all their lives just to pay for shelter and food. We are better than that and owe it to ourselves to be honest and change the way we all function on a daily basis.

Work all your life and pay your rent or morgage so you have a roof over you. Miss your rent and you could be evicted.
For hundreds of years people have paid rent. The one thing we cannot escape from. Rent is something that everyone has to pay. The exceptions are rich people who buy a property in a one off payment. Some others have property passed down from their family which is rent free but usually taxed on by the government. This is the system we all work by in the present day. A system that makes sure a proportion of your income goes towards paying for the property you live in. Anyone with a mortgage will also payout month to month year to year. The only difference is they will have something
at the end of the payments. A bought house.

Your home is your home. No one would take it away. Everyone
would have one and homelessness would be eradicated.
No rent, no eviction, no political wrangling with your first order
needs.
This idea is very simple. No more rent, everyone has a house and some land to grow food. How does it work? When everyone is born they are automaticlly entitled to be given a house when they turn 18 years of age. No cost, no rent or mortgage and no homelessness. Everyone would live in a house with some land so that they could grow their own food. The properties would be eco friendly with solar panels and other 'green' ways of running water and heating. All the houses would be similar to prefab style so that a person could adapt them anytime to suit their family needs.
Living in cities could be a thing of the past with country living and communities being the replacement or alternative. The cities that still have people living in them would have their high density population reduced to be replaced with more low density populated cities. People would be able to spread themselves out more across countries.

Grow your OWN FOOD
Everyday people go hungry all over the world.
There is enough food for everyone. People should be reskilled so that they can grow food to feed themselves and their families.
Food supplies are becoming more scarce as the years go by. For the first time people are using foodbanks to feed themselves and their familes. No one knows how long this can continue before people begin starving. My idea is that when everyone reaches 18 years of age they are given some land where they can grow food. It would give people the opportunity to be self sufficiant for the rest of their lives. Chickens and other animals could be rared on the land also. No one would go hungry with this idea, and supermarkets could still sell products that people do not have and cannot grow.
